Welcome to Hotter by the Hour

In 2024, I decided that the most rebellious and transformational thing I could do on my path to healing, was not to heal my inner child, or heal for survival, but to see how magnetic I could become through refining my energetic frequency. To become unapolagetic and tuned into my own power.

I started focusing on healing practices that built an inner glow, and my frequency has never been more magnetic. In my body, in my skin, in my conversations, everything is holding a deeper level of hotness. (If you’ve been following, I know you’ve seen the transformation photos.)

Just before the summer begins, I’m bringing this mission back with a bigger idea than just looking hot in your bikini.

“Hotter by the Hour” is for the woman who is ready to turn her inner glow all the way up.

Who wants to build a body that can hold the glow, the leadership, the attention, the income.

Inside of Hotter by the Hour, you will build a nervous system glow up, a return to the woman you were always becoming, the one who leads before she speaks. You will stop waiting for permission to feel good in your body. You don’t need more mindset work, you just need a nervous system that know’s it’s safe to be seen. You will glow without effort.
